a. The Holiday Start Date for ZM opting for full payment shall commence after 1 month from the date of application, subject to realization of payment.
b. The Holiday Start Date for ZM opting for 6 month installment plan shall commence in the subsequent month of the down payment and the first two installments.
c. The Holiday Start Date for ZM opting for 12 month installment plan shall commence in the subsequent month of the down payment and the first four installments.
d. The Holiday Start Date for ZM opting for 24 month installment plan shall commence in the subsequent month of the down payment and the first six installments.
e. The Holiday Start Date for ZM opting for 36 month installment plan shall commence in the subsequent month of the down payment and the first eight installments.

(i) Admission Fees being 60% of the Membership Fee,
(ii) Cost of the Holidays availed by the ZM,
(iii) Special offers received by the ZM,

(vi) Any other amount/s due to MHRIL.
a) who has been refused ZM by MHRIL; or
b) having been admitted to Zest Membership and the Zest Membership was terminated / cancelled for any reason; or
c) in the opinion of MHRIL it is not desirable that he/she/it becomes a Zest Member. MHRIL’s decision in this respect shall be final and binding.
